Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bilintx Saiz took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Soto's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Baiarte Sisquella fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 4 minutes, Francesco Naveda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soto and the Piriapolis FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Soto getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Francesco Naveda hit a great ball. With a little luck, Soto's Tito Navia got control of the ball when Bento Riesgo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bento Riesgo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Tito Navia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Baiarte Sisquella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tito Navia having to interfere. When Taurino Baldes fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soto's protests and gave Taurino Baldes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute of the match, Baiarte Sisquella tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tito Navia saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Baiarte Sisquella might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tito Navia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baiarte Sisquella ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the match, Soto's goalkeeper Tito Navia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bento Riesgo. Bento Riesgo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 31 minutes, Eneas Morais managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eneas Morais was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomas Rey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilintx Saiz in the 33rd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Orlondo Sabugal had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 33 minutes, Pirro Miar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piriapolis FC and the Soto players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, Pirro Miar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, Piriapolis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eneas Morais came free, but Tomas Rey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Rey came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Soto's Eneas Morais. But to his dismay, Eneas Morais quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baiarte Sisquella to strike the kick off in the second half. If Eneas Morais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Piriapolis FC's Pirro Miar got his second yellow card of the match in the 55th minute. The referee ordered Pirro Miar off the ground. Baiarte Sisquella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Eneas Morais left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 66th minute, Bilintx Saiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bento Riesgo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Obano Casa's late challenge caught a Soto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Obano Casa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st match minute, Piriapolis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Obano Casa to maneuver through the defense. Eneas Morais's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Tomas Rey skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tomas Rey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eneas Morais in the 79th minute. Bento Riesgo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tito Navia having to interfere. After having played for 89 minutes, Bento Riesgo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piriapolis FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bento Riesgo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Iraunkor Mauriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
