Gamus Ruano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Errando Berda in the 6th minute of the match. Errando Berda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gamus Ruano having to interfere. Fortunato Soriano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gamus Ruano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fortunato Soriano, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Raymon Toresano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Odilon Igay having to interfere. Raymon Toresano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Odilon Igay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Cambero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Odilon Igay made a huge save. Raymon Toresano might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Odilon Igay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raymon Toresano ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Vinolles AFC's Odilon Igay got control of the ball when Jorge Cambero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maldonado's Raymon Toresano got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Errando Berda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gamus Ruano having to interfere. Hodei Larrañaga charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hodei Larrañaga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Maldonado getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Hodei Larrañaga hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Herena Lasalde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Errando Berda to make the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Maldonado's Raymon Toresano made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Odilon Igay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Odilon Igay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Cambero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Cambero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Odilon Igay having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fortunato Soriano got free with Gamus Ruano in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Errando Berda in the 71st minute of play forced Maldonado's goalkeeper Gamus Ruano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Maldonado booed when Vinolles AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Terres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorge Cambero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Odilon Igay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gamus Ruano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fortunato Soriano in the 82nd minute. When Jorge Cambero came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Maldonado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Cambero couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute, Xuoco Vidrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Vinolles AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Raymon Toresano came free, but Odilon Igay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 87 minutes, Jorge Cambero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maldonado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Cambero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vinolles AFC's Odilon Igay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raymon Toresano in the 91st minute of play. Gamus Ruano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Errando Berda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maldonado's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
