After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Nafarroa Barbot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itapeby FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nafarroa Barbot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Medardo Larios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st match minute, Lambare FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Argudo to maneuver through the defense. When Itapeby FC's Nafarroa Barbot in 22 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Medardo Larios guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Nafarroa Barbot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Medardo Larios having to interfere. A collision led to Lambare FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Saturnino Martioda hit a great ball. Paz Pellon hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Garonaga in the 33rd minute of play forced Lambare FC's goalkeeper Medardo Larios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo Garonaga in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Medardo Larios saved Lambare FC from getting behind. If Nafarroa Barbot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benjamin Cortada hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lambare FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gora Ratra was slow to take the kick. During this time Itapeby FC's players had a chance to rest. Gora Ratra made a great header on Itapeby FC's corner, it was just that Lambare FC's Medardo Larios managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 43rd minute, Indalecio Guezmes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Itapeby FC's Gaitano Alcaraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Martioda in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldo Garonaga made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Amadeo Altares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaitano Alcaraz. Itapeby FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amadeo Altares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 57 minutes into the match, Lambare FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Garonaga came free, but Medardo Larios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Benjamin Cortada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldo Garonaga struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Medardo Larios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itapeby FC. Benjamin Cortada's late challenge caught a Itapeby FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Cortada helped the player get up and apologised. Benjamin Cortada kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Medardo Larios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Garonaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Gaitano Alcaraz came out of the goal and Saturnino Martioda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaitano Alcaraz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saturnino Martioda went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Ronaldo Garonaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute Ronaldo Garonaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Medardo Larios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lambare FC's Benjamin Cortada got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Benjamin Cortada off the ground. After 93 played minutes Lambare FC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Cortada. Amadeo Altares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Gaitano Alcaraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
