Gervaso Cadiñanos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Quinten Rosello went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Phelipe Zarza charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Phelipe Zarza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Horqueta getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Phelipe Zarza hit a great ball. Birjaio Abarca struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Gervaso Cadiñanos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horqueta. Olivar Simon hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Birjaio Abarca made a precise shot to the right of Gervaso Cadiñanos. Volveremos a la brevedad's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 39th minute, Quinten Rosello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Horqueta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After some careless play in the Volveremos a la brevedad defense, Quinten Rosello kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gervaso Cadiñanos. The Volveremos a la brevedad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gervaso Cadiñanos should have stopped the shot. The Volveremos a la brevedad players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Horqueta were winning 0-4.

Birjaio Abarca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quinten Rosello's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gervaso Cadiñanos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Birjaio Abarca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gervaso Cadiñanos having to make a save. 67 minutes into the game, Inacio Aldeco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Horqueta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Volveremos a la brevedad the free kick. 68 minutes into the match, Horqueta's goal looked a bit too open when Charro Pizaño came free, but Ambrosio Quejura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Quinten Rosello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birjaio Abarca got free with Gervaso Cadiñanos in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, Volveremos a la brevedad's goal looked a bit too open when Urre Caraduje came free, but Gervaso Cadiñanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birjaio Abarca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gervaso Cadiñanos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Birjaio Abarca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Gervaso Cadiñanos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horqueta's Birjaio Abarca got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Volveremos a la brevedad supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Horqueta's performance. The match ended with a win for Horqueta.
