Guaberto Gual came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Soca's Christovao Villayres. But to his dismay, Christovao Villayres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 5 minutes, Oihenarte Rado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soca and the Chamizo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th minute, Oihenarte Rado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dalmacio Mata in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xoan Vellosillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubelteso Morais in the 8th minute of play forced Chamizo's goalkeeper Guaberto Gual to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Chamizo getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Liher Machon hit a great ball. Gartzea Liaño, 10 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Christovao Villayres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Gual having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Dalmacio Mata's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xoan Vellosillo was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. When Christovao Villayres came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Soca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christovao Villayres couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the match, Soca's goal looked a bit too open when Dalmacio Mata came free, but Xoan Vellosillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominic Ludueña in the 27th minute of play forced Soca's goalkeeper Xoan Vellosillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Chamizo booed when Soca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marz Perez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Chamizo's Teofilo Arrateguibel tried to score from far away in the 60th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Soca getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Chayo Sasiain hit a great ball. A hard shot by Teofilo Arrateguibel from long distance, 64 minutes into the match, got Xoan Vellosillo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 67th minute Ubelteso Morais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Gual saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Soca's Xoan Vellosillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Soca from getting a goal against them. Guaberto Gual showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubelteso Morais in the 77th minute of the match. Soca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christovao Villayres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute Ubelteso Morais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Gual saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xoan Vellosillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominic Ludueña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
