Burutzagi Batalle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Galtero Cuesta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 7 minutes of play, Scavino's Santi Reganado made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patricio Orozco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marz Oporto hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Marz Oporto made a precise shot to the right of Burutzagi Batalle. Scavino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The audience was convinced that Sergio Chacin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Burutzagi Batalle was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Iago Mimbreño lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After having played for 39 minutes, Marz Oporto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Masoller AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marz Oporto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Masoller AFC booed when Scavino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Isla didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd match minute, Scavino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casomiro Vallina to maneuver through the defense. Burutzagi Batalle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergio Chacin went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eladio Nougaro was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Marz Oporto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Burutzagi Batalle. Marz Oporto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. In the 58th minute, Sergio Chacin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Galtero Cuesta put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Burutzagi Batalle. After a rather tough play, Masoller AFC's Sergio Chacin got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Galtero Cuesta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Masoller AFC's Sergio Chacin got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sergio Chacin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sergio Chacin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Chacin got free with Burutzagi Batalle in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Galtero Cuesta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Burutzagi Batalle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 99th minute, Sergio Chacin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Masoller AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Scavino throughout the match.
