Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frichoso Acaron kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Tala's goal looked a bit too open when Frichoso Acaron came free, but Erasmo Lavijo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the game, Matia Vaca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Candil FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Tala's Matia Vaca got a free kick in the 6th minute. Gilmar Melgar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Candil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matia Vaca came free, but Eder Carbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erasmo Lavijo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frichoso Acaron in the 20th minute of play. When Frichoso Acaron came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Candil FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frichoso Acaron couldn't finish the play. Horacio Barreiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horacio Barreiros hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. When Horacio Barreiros came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Candil FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Barreiros couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute Frichoso Acaron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Lavijo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lehen Henestrosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

52 minutes into the game, Frichoso Acaron lined in a short shot 0-1 behind a frustrated Erasmo Lavijo. The supporters of Tala booed when Candil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Selatse Cascos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eder Carbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Melgar in the 59th minute of the match. Gilmar Melgar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eder Carbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diegotxe Cejudo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cordarell Obies fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tala's protests and gave Cordarell Obies a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tala getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Cordarell Obies hit a great ball. Eder Carbo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilmar Melgar's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. When Diegotxe Cejudo came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Tala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diegotxe Cejudo couldn't finish the play. Jakobe Rico charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jakobe Rico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd minute, Jakobe Rico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Poncio Alderete fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tala's protests and gave Poncio Alderete a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of Tala:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Candil FC:s goal. Gilmar Melgar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eder Carbo having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Frichoso Acaron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Candil FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Frichoso Acaron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Lavijo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Candil FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
