Veli Kartal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cordeiro Rico in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Oto Zuazna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canterano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. LEANDRO GÓMEZ's Zunbeltz Franco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save LEANDRO GÓMEZ from getting a goal against them. Zunbeltz Franco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oto Zuazna in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordeiro Rico in the 10th minute of play forced Canterano's goalkeeper Veli Kartal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Balesio Vazquez in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Canterano's Marco Hornedo. Oto Zuazna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 16 played minutes Canterano got a freekick which was hit by Arnas Hualde. Zunbeltz Franco made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Oto Zuazna sent off a good shot on target. Canterano's Veli Kartal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danel Nicolas in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 23 minutes, Erasto Besosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canterano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasto Besosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Veli Kartal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danel Nicolas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Cordeiro Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veli Kartal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Danel Nicolas to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Canterano's goal looked a bit too open when Cordeiro Rico came free, but Veli Kartal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the last second Veli Kartal throw himself and got hold of the ball when Danel Nicolas in the 51stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 54th minute Danel Nicolas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veli Kartal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juliusz Zaworski kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Canterano's Oto Zuazna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zunbeltz Franco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Oto Zuazna notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of LEANDRO GÓMEZ's Zunbeltz Franco. Zunbeltz Franco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cordeiro Rico took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Veli Kartal. Veli Kartal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When Canterano's Oto Zuazna in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LEANDRO GÓMEZ's goalie prevented a goal. Veli Kartal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cordeiro Rico went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 72 minutes into the match, Oto Zuazna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zunbeltz Franco. LEANDRO GÓMEZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oto Zuazna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. With a little luck, Canterano's Veli Kartal got control of the ball when Cordeiro Rico tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Canterano booed when LEANDRO GÓMEZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Montez Favalis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute Bavo Van Der Meren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zunbeltz Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Oto Zuazna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marco Hornedo hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When Danel Nicolas came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the LEANDRO GÓMEZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danel Nicolas couldn't finish the play. Many of LEANDRO GÓMEZ's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. LEANDRO GÓMEZ may have spent more time on the ball, but Canterano were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
