In the 21stth minute of the game Florencio Herbella who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ㄥ卂 ㄒ卂乃ㄥ卂ᗪ卂's Bizi Quemada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bizi Quemada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Herbella, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Weather Piedrahita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Socorro Terron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcial Zuazna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bizi Quemada having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guilherme Basso to make the kick off. After recieving a nice pass, Atletico Maturrango's Hitzeder Serans tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Caton Oquendo in the 96th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ㄥ卂 ㄒ卂乃ㄥ卂ᗪ卂's Diego Polenta.
