Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 10th minute of the match Plácido Espinosa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eber Barth skillfully saved the ball. With an all-out effort, Maitencillo AFC's Eber Barth threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcelino Cuminao, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 13 played minutes Maitencillo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Anfruns. Jose Esteban Parro succeeded in the game's 14th minute to get real power on a long shot . Maitencillo AFC's Jose Olivos hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-1! In the 21st minute, David Echavarría got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eber Barth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Cuminao in the 24th minute of play. Chanco's Maximino Daldos got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eber Barth made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Haroldo Reygadas sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 39 minutes, Maximino Daldos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chanco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximino Daldos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, Chanco's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Haroldo Reygadas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The Maitencillo AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chanco were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelino Cuminao to strike the kick off in the second half. David Echavarría recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Maitencillo AFC's Jose Olivos got control of the ball when Maximino Daldos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 55th minute, Marcelino Cuminao ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eber Barth was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Maximino Daldos took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose Olivos. Jose Olivos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The attack was good, but when Marcelino Cuminao in the 64th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Maximino Daldos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Olivos having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Chanco got a freekick which was hit by Jon-Ander Zammit. 79 minutes into the game, Marcelino Cuminao cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Eber Barth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chanco's goalkeeper Eber Barth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. David Echavarría fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Olivos having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Chanco players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
