Baraquiel Reinoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. After 30 played minutes Taruguiri AFC got a freekick which was hit by Christiano Alister. Xavier Izquierdo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Liberto Berendique took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavier Izquierdo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Quilan FC's Liberto Berendique got control of the ball when Baraquiel Reinoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baraquiel Reinoso's late challenge caught a Quilan FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baraquiel Reinoso helped the player get up and apologised. Baraquiel Reinoso hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Alifonso Valdenebro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quilan FC's Alifonso Valdenebro got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Quilan FC's Manuel Antonio Puelles suffered a concussion after 57 minutes and had to leave the field. 57 minutes into the game, Leonides Morel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Taruguiri AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quilan FC the free kick. In the 58th match minute, Taruguiri AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Morel to maneuver through the defense. Xavier Izquierdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liberto Berendique having to interfere. After 80 minutes, Rolando Marfan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quilan FC and the Taruguiri AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alifonso Valdenebro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Yeray Renquin made a huge save. Yeray Renquin made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Alifonso Valdenebro sent off a good shot on target. In the 96th match minute, Quilan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerard Abusleme to maneuver through the defense. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
