Inocencio Espejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Abraham Detmer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abraham Detmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Espejo having to interfere. Máximo Cuevas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Rumie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliague FC's Máximo Cuevas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Van Schowen in the 32nd minute of play. The referee ignored Oliague FC's protests and gave Norino Gumucio a yellow card for diving instead. 64 minutes into the match, Quinca's Alesandro Cuadrado broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Oliague FC booed when Quinca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Arana charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flavio Arana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 78 minutes, Remigio Rumie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quinca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remigio Rumie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 82 minutes of play, Oliague FC's Miguel Hernánde Higuera made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inocencio Espejo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Remigio Rumie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute.
