Jaume Niza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 41st minute Belmiro Duncker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaume Niza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Topocho Iñiguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pallinco AFC's Jaume Niza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Redole in the 65th minute of play. Edilberto Albarran came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Pallinco AFC's Topocho Iñiguez. But to his dismay, Topocho Iñiguez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Aristides Redole received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Jaume Niza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaume Niza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Redole, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. If Claudio Mann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 played minutes Coyhaique got a freekick which was hit by Ruesga Bischhoffshausen. 89 minutes into the game, Belmiro Duncker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coyhaique's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pallinco AFC the free kick. Belmiro Duncker hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Mann couldn't finish the play.
