Huaylluta's Fulco Fadda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Armando in the 6th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Marco Armando ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fulco Fadda was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Huaylluta's Ondino Manguyague slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Valentín Serrano. That made the score 1-1 after 35 minutes of play. 42 minutes into the match, Chanco AFC's goalkeeper Valentín Serrano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ondino Manguyague. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chanco AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emmanuel Aizpuru was slow to take the kick. During this time Huaylluta's players had a chance to rest. Ondino Manguyague sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ondino Manguyague made a kick off. Valentín Serrano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ondino Manguyague in the 53rd minute of play. Chanco AFC's Valentín Serrano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mónico Sojo in the 60th minute of play. Mónico Sojo spun around in front of the goal 60 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Chanco AFC's goal. Mónico Sojo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentín Serrano having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Ondino Manguyague left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Huaylluta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After a rather tough play, Chanco AFC's Isadoro Morandé got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 84th match minute, Chanco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenaido Paris to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute, Quintén Cervantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
