In the 25th minute, Paidahuen FC's Jordi Lanas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Yeray Gipoulou. Yeray Gipoulou yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 37th minute Eufrasio Villalobos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Ordaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Ariano Tassara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chilacaya AFC's Yeray Gipoulou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Chilacaya AFC from getting a goal against them. Jordi Lanas came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Yeray Gipoulou could save by the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Severo Fedorov to strike the kick off in the second half. Joel Hesse charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Hesse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Chilacaya AFC's Joel Hesse got a free kick in the 51st minute. Ariano Tassara kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Chilacaya AFC's Eric Segura got a free kick in the 56th minute. Yeray Gipoulou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Tello, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Sergi Fantini didn't quite understand what happened when in the 65 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Alberto Tello couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the game, Ernesto Talavera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paidahuen FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chilacaya AFC the free kick. A collision led to Paidahuen FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ernesto Talavera hit a great ball. In the 70th match minute, Chilacaya AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eufrasio Villalobos to maneuver through the defense. Yeray Gipoulou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jordi Lanas in the 72nd minute of play. Carlos Alberto Tello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Yeray Gipoulou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yeray Gipoulou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jordi Lanas's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. 80 minutes in the game, Eufrasio Villalobos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Salvador Ordaz having to interfere. Carlos Alberto Tello's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yeray Gipoulou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Chilacaya AFC's zone, Carlos Alberto Tello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yeray Gipoulou came out of the goal and Carlos Alberto Tello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Carlos Alberto Tello came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Paidahuen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Alberto Tello couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chilacaya AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Paidahuen FC.
