Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Robustiano Riffo started the match with the kick off. Orlín Searle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robustiano Riffo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robustiano Riffo in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orlín Searle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute, Alex Zubiete left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rota fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robustiano Riffo in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orlín Searle saved Guayusca from getting behind. Elias Lisperguer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Alberto Jáuregui's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Francisco Alberto Jáuregui kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elias Lisperguer. That made the score 1-1 in the 21 minute of play. Patxi Mosquera succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 26th playminute. A collision led to Rota getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Mercé Arestizabal hit a great ball. Alex Zubiete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Orlín Searle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlín Searle had in the 43rdth minute some difficulties stopping Celino Concha's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Patxi Mosquera made the kick off in the second half. When Mercé Arestizabal fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rota's protests and gave Mercé Arestizabal a yellow card for diving instead. Mercé Arestizabal kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Robustiano Riffo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Orlín Searle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rota's Alex Zubiete got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guayusca's Orlín Searle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Riffo in the 95th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Guayusca had won after a very even match.
