With a little luck, Achau FC's Pau Benoit got control of the ball when Gaston Meléndez tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute, Gaston Meléndez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaston Meléndez struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Pau Benoit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Punaco FC. Gaston Meléndez might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pau Benoit. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaston Meléndez ran back to his position shaking his head. After 30 minutes, Ursino Achurra made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Punaco FC's Pinone Tiñoli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Damario Lobillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Gaston Meléndez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damario Lobillo in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pau Benoit prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th minute, Celino Merino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute Esteban Millar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pinone Tiñoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pau Benoit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damario Lobillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After having played for 51 minutes, Gaston Meléndez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Punaco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaston Meléndez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Constancio Jaras blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pinone Tiñoli having to make a save. Ignacio Solezzi kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Achau FC's Esteban Millar got a free kick in the 66th minute. Gaston Meléndez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Pau Benoit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pau Benoit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucero Bascur, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Lucero Bascur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Punaco FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Achau FC the free kick. Lucero Bascur kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Gaston Meléndez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pau Benoit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efraín Fabres in the 96th minute of play forced Achau FC's goalkeeper Pau Benoit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaston Meléndez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Achau FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Jose Lincaleo hit a great ball.
