Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Santiago Smitmans made the kick off which started today's match. Jacobo Serre made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Pedro Tomás Urruticoechea sent off a good shot on target. Jacobo Serre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelado Villalba in the 10th minute of play. With a little luck, Arepunra FC's Jacobo Serre got control of the ball when Pedro Tomás Urruticoechea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Txomin Semir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romildo Bourchier in the 28th minute of the match. Romildo Bourchier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Txomin Semir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Romildo Bourchier came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Arepunra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romildo Bourchier couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the game, Vasco Linacre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arepunra FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cariquima the free kick. If Pedro Tomás Urruticoechea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abelado Villalba in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Serre saved Arepunra FC from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Tomás Urruticoechea in the 52nd minute of play forced Arepunra FC's goalkeeper Jacobo Serre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arepunra FC's goalkeeper Jacobo Serre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Romildo Bourchier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romildo Bourchier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacobo Serre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelado Villalba in the 66th minute of the match. Santiago Smitmans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Santiago Smitmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Cariquima's goalkeeper Txomin Semir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romildo Bourchier. 78 minutes into the match, Arepunra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Tomás Urruticoechea came free, but Jacobo Serre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Abelado Villalba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Serre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Tomás Urruticoechea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Serre having to interfere. Cariquima's Txomin Semir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Cariquima from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romildo Bourchier got free with Txomin Semir in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the game, Abelado Villalba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jacobo Serre was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Arepunra FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Cariquima from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
