Pangales's Francisco Ignacio Sire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Galiano in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Pintacura getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Christiano Picado hit a great ball. Ignacio Espina let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 14th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. Fidel Almazan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adán Mac Donald, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Fidel Almazan made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Adán Mac Donald sent off a good shot on target. Alejandro Galiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Ignacio Sire having to interfere. Ignacio Espina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Fidel Almazan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adán Mac Donalds short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Fidel Almazan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Pintacura getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Alejandro Galiano hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ignacio Espina to strike the kick off in the second half. Ignacio Espina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejandro Galiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Ignacio Sire having to interfere. Fidel Almazan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pangales. Pintacura's Pere Azúa got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arcadio Torrijos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fidel Almazan. Pintacura's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Ignacio Espina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pintacura's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
