Álvaro Meza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martino Pumarino having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Queule's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Bühler came free, but Quique Duncker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roque Bühler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Quique Duncker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martino Pumarino made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Raúl Larenas sent off a good shot on target. Giancarlo Viveros kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Álvaro Meza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martino Pumarino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 played minutes Changal got a freekick which was hit by Giancarlo Viveros. Changal's Martino Pumarino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Álvaro Meza in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match, Álvaro Meza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Martino Pumarino saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fortunato Orsterhont kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Cristián Gallegos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match León Viel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Quique Duncker skillfully saved the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Álvaro Meza made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Queule's goalkeeper Quique Duncker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Américo Urra. A collision led to Changal getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Roque Bühler hit a great ball. When Xaime Polo came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Queule fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xaime Polo couldn't finish the play. Martino Pumarino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xaime Polo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute of the match Queule got a corner. Changal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlos Manuel Jaramillo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Américo Urra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Quique Duncker made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Álvaro Meza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Martino Pumarino was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Changal's zone, Xaime Polo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martino Pumarino came out of the goal and Xaime Polo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
