After 6 minutes, Bermejo Castelblanco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Baquedano and the Mucomucone players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Francisco Martín Campillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Martín Campillo in the 15th minute of play forced Baquedano's goalkeeper Salamón Frias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tito Erwenne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Vicente Borges could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Zenaido Darrigrande made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Jorge Vicente Borges managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baquedano's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Vicente Borges was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zenaido Darrigrande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon María Sotomayor in the 25th minute of play forced Baquedano's goalkeeper Salamón Frias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zenaido Darrigrande came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Baquedano's Jorge Vicente Borges. But to his dismay, Jorge Vicente Borges quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Mucomucone's zone, Jorge Vicente Borges stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zenaido Darrigrande came out of the goal and Jorge Vicente Borges tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Bermejo Castelblanco was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Baquedano's Bermejo Castelblanco got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tito Erwenne was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eufrasio Talavera in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zenaido Darrigrande saved Mucomucone from getting behind. 56 minutes into the match, Mucomucone's goal looked a bit too open when Andreo Olate came free, but Zenaido Darrigrande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Tito Erwenne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salamón Frias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Andreo Olate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Baquedano getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Juan Pablo Gamarra hit a great ball. Jorge Vicente Borges scored 3-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zenaido Darrigrande, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Baquedano's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
