Américo Navarrete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Hernánde Moran, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th match minute, Strar Dos F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Manns to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ignacio Fuentes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Taurino Farfán was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Taurino Farfán came out of the goal and Yoel Rodenas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignacio Fuentes was the one to do the kick off. Strar Dos F.C's Taurino Farfán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Fuentes in the 51st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlo Monti during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Strar Dos F.C getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Carlo Monti hit a great ball. Eleazar Muguertegui took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Taurino Farfán. Strar Dos F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Américo Navarrete made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Carlo Murillo sent off a good shot on target. After 62 played minutes Strar Dos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Elear Ormaechea. Taurino Farfán made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yoel Rodenas in the 63rd minute of play. Strar Dos F.C's Carlo Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
