Savier Arnault yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. In the 39th minute, Fabricio Caamaño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Colupito's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Goncalves came free, but Savier Arnault reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Savier Arnault showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Goncalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Velasco Carranza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pedro Goncalves might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Savier Arnault. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Goncalves ran back to his position shaking his head. Savier Arnault took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Goncalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Velasco Carranza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Erasmo Quintana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Velasco Carranza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. But to his dismay, Pedro Goncalves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. After a rather tough play, Trincao's Guntademaro Dohrmann got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes, Colupito's Alarico Siña shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erasmo Quintana came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Colupito reached it. Alarico Siña's late challenge caught a Trincao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alarico Siña helped the player get up and apologised. Alarico Siña hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Natanael Gatica took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Savier Arnault. Colupito's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fabricio Caamaño charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabricio Caamaño the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes Colupito got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Caamaño. Balendín Sales struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Savier Arnault didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trincao. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Trincao had won after a very even match.
