Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anselmo Enríquez started the match with the kick off. Pedro Amors short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Lois Urrejola to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 4th minute, Ismael Nazario Schiappacasse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anselmo Enríquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Lois Urrejola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Arachildu's goalkeeper Lois Urrejola had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Amor. Pedro Amor might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lois Urrejola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Amor ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th minute Plácido Raglianti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandro Mercado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Surire's Pedro Amor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lois Urrejola made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Anselmo Enríquez hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Pedro Amor could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Lois Urrejola however easily saved by the left post. Washington Palamara hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Anselmo Enríquez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lois Urrejola was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. When Eleuterio Hollstein fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arachildu's protests and gave Eleuterio Hollstein a yellow card for diving instead. Cecilio Turrieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandro Mercado having to interfere. If Plácido Raglianti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alexandro Mercado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Turrieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Plácido Raglianti to strike the kick off in the second half. When Pedro Amor came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the Surire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Amor couldn't finish the play. In the 54th minute, Pedro Amor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lois Urrejola was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 57 minutes into the game, Lucio Jose María Marti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arachildu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Surire the free kick. In the 57th match minute, Arachildu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Jose María Marti to maneuver through the defense. Lois Urrejola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Ignacio Barroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Anselmo Enríquez came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Surire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Enríquez couldn't finish the play. If Cecilio Turrieta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 77 minutes into the game, when Lucio Jose María Marti put in a rough tackle. In the 76th minute, one of Arachildu:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Arachildu. The referee gave Surire a penalty, 79 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Naelio Mundaca, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Arachildu's Lois Urrejola. 4-1. After 87 minutes, Taurino Baettig made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Arachildu's Lois Urrejola tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lois Urrejola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Amor's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Cecilio Turrieta was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Arachildu's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The supporters of Arachildu booed when Surire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taurino Baettig didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Pedro Amor came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Surire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Amor couldn't finish the play.
