Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emmanuel Escribar took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 played minutes Chacaicillos FC got a freekick which was hit by Florinio Estévez. If Emmanuel Escribar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th minute, Higinio Sirens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute of the match Gerardo Piña sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Haroldo Minden skillfully saved the ball. Marcel Jáuregui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Luis Alberto Bustunzuria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 minutes, Roberto Illanes Ansaldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chacaicillos FC and the Niebla players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chacaicillos FC's Roberto Illanes Ansaldo got a free kick in the 17th minute. Emmanuel Escribar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22ndth minute of the game Marcel Jáuregui who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Niebla's Luis Alberto Bustunzuria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th minute, Higinio Sirens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacob Acurcio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Haroldo Minden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 32 minutes, Virgilio Wittemberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chacaicillos FC and the Niebla players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Virgilio Wittemberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Hernánde Nancupel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Luis Alberto Bustunzuria made a huge save. Emmanuel Escribar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Haroldo Minden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Emmanuel Escribar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Acurcio in the 45th minute of play forced Chacaicillos FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Minden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haroldo Minden didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eustacio Alzaga went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcel Jáuregui stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luis Alberto Bustunzuria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Hernánde Nancupel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcel Jáuregui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Alberto Bustunzuria having to interfere. Tauro Budinich kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Marcel Jáuregui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcel Jáuregui in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Alberto Bustunzuria saved Niebla from getting behind. Jacob Acurcio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Haroldo Minden read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. If Emmanuel Escribar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Hernánde Nancupel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luis Alberto Bustunzuria having to make a save. Marcel Jáuregui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Chacaicillos FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Niebla's performance. The match ended with a win for Niebla.
