A collision led to Pancoras getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Tinguaro Mariño hit a great ball. Lander Scheid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferrán Tupper having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Abbott in the 8th minute of play forced MINDO FC's goalkeeper Amato Huilcaman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amato Huilcaman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob Abbott in the 10th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Jacob Abbott left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pancoras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With an all-out effort, MINDO FC's Ferrán Tupper threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lander Scheid, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Abbott in the 24th minute of play forced MINDO FC's goalkeeper Amato Huilcaman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to MINDO FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Alberto Zubicueta hit a great ball. Tinguaro Mariño blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amato Huilcaman having to make a save. Lander Scheid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ferrán Tupper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pancoras's Wilson Riobo got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of MINDO FC booed when Pancoras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Balladares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferrán Tupper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lander Scheid in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lander Scheid stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ferrán Tupper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerónimo Villanueva, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Ferrán Tupper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lander Scheid in the 57th minute of the match. When Pancoras's Wilson Riobo in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MINDO FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Wilson Riobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amato Huilcaman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilson Riobo in the 67th minute. Ferrán Tupper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lander Scheid, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Romeo Balladares kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, Taurino Pumarino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MINDO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pancoras the free kick. After 77 played minutes MINDO FC got a freekick which was hit by Taurino Pumarino. The crowd rose to their feet as Jacob Abbott kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amato Huilcaman. That made the score 0-2 in the 79 minute of play. After 92 minutes, Alberto Zubicueta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MINDO FC and the Pancoras players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alberto Zubicueta kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When the match was over Pancoras could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MINDO FC throughout the match.
