Caupolicán Moran scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abelardo Claude, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Caunahue AFC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Raúlo Matta hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Caunahue AFC's Orlando Magdahl threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Genaro Portales, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ceandro Denton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Orlando Magdahl made a huge save. After 11 played minutes Caunahue AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rainerio Bakovic. 15 minutes into the game, José Antonio Duran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Abelardo Claude was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abelardo Claude showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Antonio Duran in the 23rd minute of the match. Aaron Ruminas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caupolicán Moran might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abelardo Claude. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Caupolicán Moran ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Caunahue AFC's Yeray Salas got a free kick in the 31st minute. A collision led to Caunahue AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Zarpas Corral hit a great ball. When Dino Von Roques came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Rompe mallas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Von Roques couldn't finish the play. Rompe mallas's José Antonio Duran got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 42 minutes, Aaron Ruminas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rompe mallas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aaron Ruminas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aaron Ruminas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Claude having to interfere. The Caunahue AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rompe mallas were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Antonio Duran was the one to do the kick off. José Antonio Duran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Claude having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Rompe mallas's Aaron Ruminas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abelardo Claude narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Rompe mallas's goal looked a bit too open when Ceandro Denton came free, but Orlando Magdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Claude showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Antonio Duran, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Rompe mallas's Aaron Ruminas got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leovigildo Word in the 65th minute of play forced Rompe mallas's goalkeeper Orlando Magdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yeray Salas charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yeray Salas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Yeray Salas kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Saverio Lemos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Antonio Duran struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Abelardo Claude didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rompe mallas. Orlando Magdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leovigildo Word in the 78th minute of the match. Orlando Magdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceandro Denton in the 79th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Caunahue AFC's goal looked a bit too open when José Antonio Duran came free, but Abelardo Claude reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 87 in the game by José Antonio Duran from a close distance when the talented Abelardo Claude managed to make a qualified save. Caunahue AFC's players were relieved. José Antonio Duran who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Abelardo Claude when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Rompe mallas defense, Genaro Portales kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orlando Magdahl. The Rompe mallas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orlando Magdahl should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Rompe mallas could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Caunahue AFC throughout the match.
