Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, Huasco's Xaiver Alderete nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inocente Faverau made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The attack was good, but when Xavier Angel Chirinos in the 13th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 15th minute, Unai Monti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xavier Angel Chirinos might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inocencio Detmer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xavier Angel Chirinos ran back to his position shaking his head. Xaiver Alderete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 25th minute, Narciso Mac Intyre reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Inocencio Detmer. The goal made the score 1-1. Carlos José Acle kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Huasco's goalkeeper Inocencio Detmer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Inocencio Detmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Unai Monti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 minutes, Xaiver Alderete mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huasco and the RB La Farfana players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xaiver Alderete hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. RB La Farfana's Cerilo Larraguibel got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Inocencio Detmer made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Xavier Angel Chirinos sent off a good shot on target. When Unai Monti came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the RB La Farfana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Unai Monti couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Huasco defense, Juan Luis Arana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Inocencio Detmer. The Huasco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inocencio Detmer should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cerilo Larraguibel to strike the kick off in the second half. Inocencio Detmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavier Angel Chirinos in the 51st minute of the match. Inocencio Detmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Angel Chirinos, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Jordi Zubicueta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Inocente Faverau made a huge save. Unai Monti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Detmer having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Narciso Mac Intyre in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inocencio Detmer saved Huasco from getting behind. Soriano Elzo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When Unai Monti fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RB La Farfana's protests and gave Unai Monti a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Huasco booed when RB La Farfana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Unai Monti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Huasco's Inocencio Detmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cerilo Larraguibel in the 65th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Soriano Elzo got free with Inocente Faverau in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 67 minutes into the match, RB La Farfana's Cerilo Larraguibel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Inocencio Detmer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Unai Monti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Carlos José Acle's late challenge caught a RB La Farfana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
