Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 5th minute, Pepe Vela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Algarrobal FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Marc Bulboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoldo Vizcaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 played minutes Leoncito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Víctor Javier Atienza. Alirio Villouta struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Calvino Waddington didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leoncito AFC. Calvino Waddington tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Pepe Vela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Algarrobal FC's Arnoldo Vizcaya sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marc Bulboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Calvino Waddington showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Matildo Anriquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When Algarrobal FC's Arnoldo Vizcaya in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Leoncito AFC booed when Algarrobal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Villamar didn't get a good kick on the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnoldo Vizcaya couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pepe Vela in the 87th minute of play forced Leoncito AFC's goalkeeper Marc Bulboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ubaldo Matildo Anriquez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Calvino Waddington read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Marc Bulboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Vizcaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Leoncito AFC's goalkeeper Marc Bulboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Algarrobal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Matildo Anriquez came free, but Calvino Waddington reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Algarrobal FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
