After a rather tough play, Guabun FC's Juan Antonio Solis got a free kick in the 37th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Basilio Ganter to make the kick off. Caspana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basilio Ganter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nastasio Stillfried showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Armaza, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Caspana's Basilio Ganter got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Basilio Ganter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Maximiliano Parra made a huge save. If Carlos Alberto Astudillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Caspana's Lucio Zaldivar got a free kick in the 76th minute. Eriberto Armaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 82nd minute Eriberto Armaza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nastasio Stillfried saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Armaza might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nastasio Stillfried. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eriberto Armaza ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Guabun FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ismael Minden hit a great ball. In the 95thth minute of the game Eriberto Armaza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caspana's Nastasio Stillfried was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 97th minute Eriberto Armaza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nastasio Stillfried saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
