Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When Gaston Narváez came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Tinajas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaston Narváez couldn't finish the play. Club Atlético Sirio's Desiderio Saso got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Club Atlético Sirio's Octavio Larrañeta in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tinajas's goalie prevented a goal. After 12 minutes of play, Tinajas's Gaston Narváez made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Alberto Pumarino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eliseo Rochefort charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliseo Rochefort the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Club Atlético Sirio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Rochefort to maneuver through the defense. Juanjo Zercalde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gaston Narváez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Octavio Larrañeta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Miguel Chandia. Tinajas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Octavio Larrañeta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 27 minutes into the game, Octavio Larrañeta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Juan Miguel Chandia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Desiderio Saso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Juan Miguel Chandia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Tinajas's zone, Desiderio Saso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Miguel Chandia came out of the goal and Desiderio Saso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juan Miguel Chandia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Saso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Alberto Pumarino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juanjo Zercalde, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. A collision led to Tinajas getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Gaston Narváez hit a great ball. Octavio Larrañeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Juan Miguel Chandia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octavio Larrañeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Octavio Larrañeta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Miguel Chandia was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Juan Miguel Chandia came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Sirio's Desiderio Saso. But to his dismay, Desiderio Saso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Desiderio Saso in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Miguel Chandia saved Tinajas from getting behind. Octavio Larrañeta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Miguel Chandia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. If Desiderio Saso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Octavio Larrañeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Juan Miguel Chandia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Tinajas's zone, Desiderio Saso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Miguel Chandia came out of the goal and Desiderio Saso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, Desiderio Saso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Desiderio Saso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juan Miguel Chandia. That made the score 1-5 in the 76 minute of play. Gaston Narváez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Juan Alberto Pumarino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octavio Larrañeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Juan Miguel Chandia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tinajas's Juan Miguel Chandia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Saso in the 87th minute of play. Albin Couve hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Octavio Larrañeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Club Atlético Sirio's Octavio Larrañeta in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tinajas's goalie prevented a goal. If Desiderio Saso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Club Atlético Sirio could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tinajas throughout the match.
