When Desiderio Saso came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Club Atlético Sirio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Saso couldn't finish the play. Federico Cabanillas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Miren Moure made a huge save. Octavio Larrañeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Miren Moure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sarracino Sanfuentes charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sarracino Sanfuentes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Club Atlético Sirio getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Sarracino Sanfuentes hit a great ball. Ritoque's Miren Moure played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Saso in the 32nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Sarracino Sanfuentes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Sirio's supporters rose to their feet, but Sarracino Sanfuentes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miren Moure breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Miren Moure managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Club Atlético Sirio's Octavio Larrañeta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 37 minutes into the match, Ritoque's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Saso came free, but Miren Moure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Octavio Larrañeta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miren Moure was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1.
