Evelio Angulo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mannuel Marasso in the 25th minute of the match. Ancollo AFC's Axel Blanco got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute Adrián Vodanovic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Vivas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 39 minutes, Alcadio Santibañez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ancollo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alcadio Santibañez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Inocente Allard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evelio Angulo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Mannuel Marasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Angulo having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
