Abdul Requena came out of the goal and Vicent Aguiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Lucero Lavaque fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosapata's protests and gave Lucero Lavaque a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florinio Alemparte in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdul Requena saved Higuerta AFC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Higuerta AFC's Jonatan Altamirano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hugo Orlando Della. That made the score 2-0 after 23 minutes of play. 29 minutes into the game, Cirilo Gipoulou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rosapata's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Higuerta AFC the free kick. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonatan Altamirano to make the kick off. If Vicent Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Orlando Della took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Altamirano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicent Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Odilón Amenábar kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Rosapata's Florinio Alemparte dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Sandro Huaiquiman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hugo Orlando Della. Rosapata's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Abdul Requena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florinio Alemparte in the 92nd minute of the match. Severino Ovalle hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
