Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Juan Alberto Sotomayor got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Curaco AFC's Jose Ostolaza got a free kick in the 4th minute. After 6 played minutes Curaco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jeraldo Antoine. A throw-in in the 10th minute of the game was made by Ismael Nazario Tineo with Severo Flechart as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ernesto Daniel Camaño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Alberto Sotomayor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Alberto Sotomayor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ernesto Daniel Camaño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Alberto Sotomayor in the 17th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Alberto Sotomayor in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernesto Daniel Camaño saved Curaco AFC from getting behind. When Patriotas FC's Juan Alberto Sotomayor in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Curaco AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Curaco AFC's Topocho Alister got a free kick in the 28th minute. Juan Alberto Sotomayor struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Ernesto Daniel Camaño didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patriotas FC. Juan Alberto Sotomayor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ernesto Daniel Camaño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose Ostolaza got free with Moise Udubaşa in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Faesch in the 44th minute of play forced Patriotas FC's goalkeeper Moise Udubaşa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moise Udubaşa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Faesch in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Patriotas FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

54 minutes into the game, Amato Paladino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ernesto Daniel Camaño. Amato Paladino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Juan Alberto Sotomayor might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernesto Daniel Camaño. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Alberto Sotomayor ran back to his position shaking his head. After 58 played minutes Curaco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Topocho Alister. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Markus Ibarrueta put in a rough tackle. The supporters of Patriotas FC booed when Curaco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Markus Ibarrueta didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience cheered when Baldomiro Cuadros's long shot passed Ernesto Daniel Camaño's right side. It was 0-3, 64 minutes into the match. When Nicanor Delgadillo came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Patriotas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicanor Delgadillo couldn't finish the play. If Jose Ostolaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 77 minutes Patriotas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ismael Nazario Tineo who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ismael Nazario Tineo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Patriotas FC's Moise Udubaşa did a great save. After having played for 79 minutes, Topocho Alister managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curaco AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Topocho Alister was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Patriotas FC booed when Curaco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeraldo Antoine didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Curaco AFC's zone, Juan Alberto Sotomayor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernesto Daniel Camaño came out of the goal and Juan Alberto Sotomayor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moise Udubaşa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Ostolaza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Juan Alberto Sotomayor took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Ernesto Daniel Camaño to make any attempt to save it.
