Juan Luis Flores's late challenge caught a bagdag's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Luis Flores helped the player get up and apologised. When Constantino Vicuña got free in front of the goal in the 18th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Evelio Butto was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 20th match minute, Jaillabe AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tito Echaurren to maneuver through the defense. Saturnín Atenas had several of the Jaillabe AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 22 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Evelio Butto as he didn't even see the shot coming. Bernardo Bisquert charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardo Bisquert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of bagdag booed when Jaillabe AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Bisquert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saturnín Atenas in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Evelio Butto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of bagdag booed when Jaillabe AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tito Echaurren didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Echedey Füller made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Echedey Füller in the 52nd minute of play forced bagdag's goalkeeper Abelardo Manieu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Constantino Vicuña's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evelio Butto was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. When Echedey Füller came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Jaillabe AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Echedey Füller couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saturnín Atenas in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evelio Butto saved Jaillabe AFC from getting behind. Wilfredo Aguero hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Saturnín Atenas notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Jaillabe AFC's Evelio Butto. Evelio Butto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, bagdag's Abelardo Manieu got control of the ball when Wilfredo Aguero tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Jaillabe AFC's Echedey Füller ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abelardo Manieu. Abelardo Manieu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Evelio Butto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saturnín Atenas went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Adalberto Parro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Evelio Butto. Jaillabe AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Evelio Butto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnín Atenas in the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Constantino Vicuña had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evelio Butto. Jaillabe AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Constantino Vicuña was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. bagdag fully deserved thier win.
