Reinaldo Diaz de Valdes kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Taltape's Cristofer Infantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alcadio Cobo in the 11th minute of play. Cristofer Infantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alcadio Cobo, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Taltape's goalkeeper Cristofer Infantas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enmanuel Bünzli scored 2-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reces Celedón, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th minute Enmanuel Bünzli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reces Celedón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reces Celedón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enmanuel Bünzli, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Enmanuel Bünzli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Reces Celedón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elías Dittborn charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elías Dittborn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute Enmanuel Bünzli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reces Celedón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ervigio Duarte during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alcadio Cobo was the one to do the kick off. Ferrando Painevilu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reces Celedón having to interfere. Taltape's Ferrando Painevilu got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ferrando Painevilu might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reces Celedón. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ferrando Painevilu ran back to his position shaking his head. After 65 minutes, Quintín Fedorov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cartajena FC and the Taltape players grew even worse after the yellow card. Quintín Fedorov kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferrando Painevilu in the 67th minute of play forced Cartajena FC's goalkeeper Reces Celedón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enmanuel Bünzli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clemencín Tripailaf during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 played minutes Taltape got a freekick which was hit by Clemencín Tripailaf. If Enmanuel Bünzli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Taltape's Cristofer Infantas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Taltape from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the match, Cartajena FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reinaldo Diaz de Valdes came free, but Reces Celedón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Mauro Rosas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Cartajena FC's zone, Enmanuel Bünzli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reces Celedón came out of the goal and Enmanuel Bünzli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Taltape's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
