Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Chicureo FC's Alifonso Rojas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rdth minute of the game Txeru Cianca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chicureo FC's Sansón Dávila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alarico Larrea charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alarico Larrea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alarico Larrea hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Sansón Dávila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Txeru Cianca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Hornillas's Ruesga Echaurren got a free kick in the 12th minute. Francisco Frago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sansón Dávila having to interfere. After 25 played minutes Chicureo FC got a freekick which was hit by Alarico Larrea. Felipe Gebauer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alarico Larrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sansón Dávila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Txeru Cianca's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Chicureo FC's Sansón Dávila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Frago in the 37th minute of play. When Hornillas's Txeru Cianca in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chicureo FC's goalie prevented a goal. Sansón Dávila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Txeru Cianca, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. If Txeru Cianca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Frago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Txeru Cianca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sansón Dávila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Chicureo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alarico Larrea to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Txeru Cianca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sansón Dávila was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Txeru Cianca to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Txeru Cianca in the 56th minute of play forced Chicureo FC's goalkeeper Sansón Dávila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sansón Dávila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Txeru Cianca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Chicureo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Frago came free, but Sansón Dávila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sansón Dávila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txeru Cianca in the 62nd minute of the match. Sansón Dávila didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Frago went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Sansón Dávila came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Hornillas's Ruyman Saldías. But to his dismay, Ruyman Saldías quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Tobías Cienfuegos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Felipe Gebauer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 71 minutes into the match, Hornillas's goalkeeper Felipe Gebauer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adriel Elzo. Sansón Dávila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Txeru Cianca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Frago blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sansón Dávila having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Txeru Cianca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hornillas's supporters rose to their feet, but Txeru Cianca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sansón Dávila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sansón Dávila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txeru Cianca in the 87th minute of the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Francisco Frago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hornillas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Frago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Alifonso Rojas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chicureo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hornillas the free kick. In the 90th match minute, Chicureo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alifonso Rojas to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Chicureo FC's zone, Txeru Cianca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sansón Dávila came out of the goal and Txeru Cianca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sansón Dávila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Txeru Cianca in the 95th minute of play. Hornillas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
