With a left leg Manuel Antonio Guardia saved Panimavida FC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mario Mac Gill during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute, Mario Mac Gill hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute Octavio Campo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Barra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliciano Barra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Magalhaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Quintén Evar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Barra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliciano Barra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavio Campo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marciano Fell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Barra having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Aníbal Ortuzar hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Feliciano Barra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Campo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Manuel Antonio Guardia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xavier Grove's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Quintén Evar charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Quintén Evar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 63 minutes into the match, CD Magnates's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Campo came free, but Feliciano Barra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marciano Fell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 71 minutes into the match, Xavier Grove had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Antonio Guardia. Panimavida FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xavier Grove was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 75 minutes into the match, Xavier Grove notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Panimavida FC's Manuel Antonio Guardia. Manuel Antonio Guardia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Florián Bassenge kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Xavier Grove ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Antonio Guardia was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Xavier Grove received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Manuel Antonio Guardia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Panimavida FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
