In the 3rd minute Adelio Romo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Manns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Tilla F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Abel came free, but Amadeo Valdelomar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeo Valdelomar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaume Perl in the 11th minute of play. Marcelo Abel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Valdelomar having to interfere. When Adelio Romo fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tilla F.C's protests and gave Adelio Romo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Adelio Romo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute of the match Leandro Puelles shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amadeo Valdelomar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Duardo Uriondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Vinicio Manns tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Duardo Uriondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eleuterio Garzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Isadoro Jory got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amadeo Valdelomar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelo Abel's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 32nd match minute, Tilla F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelio Romo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duardo Uriondo in the 42nd minute of play forced Carahuo FC's goalkeeper Vinicio Manns to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Marcelo Abel came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Carahuo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelo Abel couldn't finish the play. Amadeo Valdelomar was a little too slow when Marcelo Abel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eleuterio Garzo was the one to do the kick off. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tilla F.C's goalkeeper Amadeo Valdelomar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Adelio Romo hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Amadeo Valdelomar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isadoro Jory in the 95th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Tilla F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Isadoro Jory came free, but Amadeo Valdelomar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tilla F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Carahuo FC.
