Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Quintín Magnani started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Quillota AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selmo Esquerra to maneuver through the defense. Caupolicán Lorie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quintín Magnani in the 9th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Pachacamita AFC's Natalio Campo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Natanael Cuenca. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Robustiano Quezada hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute Mario Jesus Balut suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After a rather tough play, Pachacamita AFC's Robustiano Quezada got a free kick in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Pachacamita AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Milroy came free, but Caupolicán Lorie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quintín Magnani kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pachacamita AFC's Simón Arlegui got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Quillota AFC's Godofredo Milroy got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Godofredo Milroy came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Quillota AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godofredo Milroy couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute, Leonardo Ruiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute Godofredo Milroy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caupolicán Lorie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Natalio Campo was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Pachacamita AFC's zone, Quintín Magnani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caupolicán Lorie came out of the goal and Quintín Magnani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Godofredo Milroy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quintín Magnani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 69 minutes of play Pachacamita AFC's Robustiano Quezada was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Quillota AFC's Natanael Cuenca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Irarrázaval in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute of the match, Godofredo Milroy got a very nice opportunity to score, but Caupolicán Lorie was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
