The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th match minute, Lliuco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosio Cabañas to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 8 minutes, Filipo Ojeda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nerco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filipo Ojeda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filipo Ojeda kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Nerco's goal looked a bit too open when Salomone Lizana Lezana came free, but Robustiano Talma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filipo Ojeda in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victoro Yanque prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Quintán Arechavala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 51 minutes of play, Lliuco's Salomone Lizana Lezana made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robustiano Talma was left in no man's land by his defense there! Victoro Yanque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quintán Arechavala, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Filipo Ojeda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoro Yanque having to interfere. Robustiano Talma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualberto Byers in the 62nd minute of the match. Filipo Ojeda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoro Yanque having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Nerco got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Manquilef. After 72 played minutes, Lliuco's Marcelino Zuasnabar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Robustiano Talma came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lliuco reached it. If Filipo Ojeda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quintán Arechavala succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 78th playminute. Filipo Ojeda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victoro Yanque having to make a save. In the 92nd minute, Quintán Arechavala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nerco played a much better game than Lliuco and deserved their victory. The Lliuco players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
