He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trupan reached it. A collision led to Rafael FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Leovigildo San Cristóbal hit a great ball. In the 35thth minute of the game Romano Bascuñán who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trupan's Enzo Mattensohn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gerónimo Del Pino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romano Bascuñán made a kick off. Enzo Mattensohn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romano Bascuñán in the 51st minute of play. Víctor Javier Monroy charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Enzo Mattensohn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2.
