The referee ignored Lonquimai's protests and gave Abraham Patrickson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sshileno booed when Lonquimai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Anthony didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hilario Blest didn't quite understand what happened when in the 36 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Norino Narváez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Plácido Torrijos in the 38th minute of play. Aaron Parrochia hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, Lonquimai's goal looked a bit too open when Hilario Blest came free, but Norino Narváez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Plácido Torrijos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Norino Narváez. The goal made the score 0-2. Lonquimai's Norino Narváez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Piñera in the 88th minute of play. Lonquimai's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Plácido Torrijos scored to the left of an out of position Norino Narváez, making the score, 0-4. Savier Mosquera kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Norino Narváez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Piñera in the 94th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, Hilario Blest recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Norino Narváez. Hilario Blest showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Sshileno's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
