Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Umagata's Niguel Melivilu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Francisco Ignacio Zorrilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 6 minutes, Niguel Melivilu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Umagata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niguel Melivilu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Francisco Ignacio Zorrilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvino San Roman having to interfere. Federico Jaña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patxi Pazols in the 14th minute of play. Canan AFC's Calvino San Roman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Canan AFC from getting a goal against them. Federico Jaña came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Canan AFC's Yoel Zañartu. But to his dismay, Yoel Zañartu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Francisco Ignacio Zorrilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Francisco Ignacio Zorrilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Umagata's Oscar Dick got a free kick in the 31st minute. Federico Jaña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yoel Zañartu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Ignacio Zorrilla might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Calvino San Roman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Ignacio Zorrilla ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 36th match minute, Umagata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos José Eslava to maneuver through the defense. Niguel Melivilu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Calvino San Roman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Niguel Melivilu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvino San Roman having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yoel Zañartu to make the kick off. Calvino San Roman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niguel Melivilu in the 54th minute of the match. Jaume Bacarreza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Federico Jaña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Francisco Ignacio Zorrilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Federico Jaña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yoel Zañartu, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Francisco Ignacio Zorrilla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Umagata's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Ignacio Zorrilla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calvino San Roman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute Francisco Ignacio Zorrilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calvino San Roman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niguel Melivilu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvino San Roman having to interfere. After having played for 82 minutes, Niguel Melivilu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Umagata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niguel Melivilu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Canan AFC's Calvino San Roman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niguel Melivilu in the 90th minute of play. Evelio Almonacid hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Niguel Melivilu struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Calvino San Roman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Umagata.
