Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Maurín Eguiluz made the kick off and thus started the match. 10 minutes into the game, Pietro Bacheler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chacaicillos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Purey FC the free kick. In the 10th match minute, Chacaicillos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pietro Bacheler to maneuver through the defense. Purey FC's Rutenio Pumarino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Purey FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Chacaicillos FC's zone, Maurín Eguiluz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Archibaldo Albornoz came out of the goal and Maurín Eguiluz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orlondón Salvatici fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Archibaldo Albornoz having to interfere. In the 24th minute of the match Ramon María Manterola sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Archibaldo Albornoz skillfully saved the ball. Teofilio Barrientos hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Maurín Eguiluz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chacaicillos FC's Isidoro Deneken got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 37 minutes, Teofilio Barrientos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chacaicillos FC and the Purey FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Teofilio Barrientos kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Purey FC's Maurín Eguiluz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Archibaldo Albornoz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Chacaicillos FC's zone, Maurín Eguiluz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Archibaldo Albornoz came out of the goal and Maurín Eguiluz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Purey FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lester Ardizzoni to strike the kick off in the second half. Chacaicillos FC's Archibaldo Albornoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurín Eguiluz in the 57th minute of play. If Isidoro Deneken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlondón Salvatici kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Chacaicillos FC's Archibaldo Albornoz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Chacaicillos FC from getting a goal against them. In the 67th minute, Víctor Javier Bravo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Archibaldo Albornoz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Orlondón Salvatici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 76 minutes in the game, Víctor Javier Bravo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Archibaldo Albornoz having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Purey FC's Abelardo Barnard broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 79 minutes into the match, Purey FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Deneken came free, but Rutenio Pumarino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Nicanor Solminihac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rutenio Pumarino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lester Ardizzoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Víctor Javier Bravo struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Archibaldo Albornoz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Purey FC. After 87 played minutes Chacaicillos FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilio Barrientos. In the 91stth minute of the game Maurín Eguiluz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chacaicillos FC's Archibaldo Albornoz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rutenio Pumarino came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Chacaicillos FC's Lester Ardizzoni. But to his dismay, Lester Ardizzoni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4.
