Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Xosé Uriarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 4th match minute, Huaquen AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Peric to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Peuco's Ramon María Renner got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 9 minutes Peuco's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victorio Jordan who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Gerónimo Vial heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Baudelio Mesa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Delmiro Wittig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Huaquen AFC booed when Peuco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristóbal Quilapan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Naelio Mackenzie scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilfredo Beca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wilfredo Beca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naelio Mackenzie in the 26th minute of the match. Huaquen AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Xosé Uriarte scored to the left of an out of position Delmiro Wittig, making the score, 1-1. Demesio Dutard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Naelio Mackenzie scored 1-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilfredo Beca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42nd minute, Xavier Peric hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nauzet Castañedas short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Delmiro Wittig to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nauzet Castañeda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xosé Uriarte stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Demesio Dutard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huaquen AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Demesio Dutard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Huaquen AFC's Delmiro Wittig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nauzet Castañeda in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute Demesio Dutard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Beca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Xosé Uriarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 67 played minutes Huaquen AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gerónimo Vial. Xosé Uriarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the match, Demesio Dutard dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wilfredo Beca, 1-3. Naelio Mackenzie struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Wilfredo Beca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huaquen AFC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nauzet Castañeda in the 80th minute of play forced Huaquen AFC's goalkeeper Delmiro Wittig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Desiderio Soloaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Xosé Uriarte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delmiro Wittig was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. 96 minutes into the match, Huaquen AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Xosé Uriarte came free, but Delmiro Wittig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Peuco's Xosé Uriarte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delmiro Wittig made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
