Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Teodor Garay made the kick off and thus started the match. Angelino Guardas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Américo Hoefler, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Teodor Garay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angelino Guardas having to make a save. In the 15th minute Remi Oyarzabal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Guardas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Américo Hoefler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Angelino Guardas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodor Garay struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Angelino Guardas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minilla FC. In the 24th minute Teodor Garay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Guardas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodor Garay in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelino Guardas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angelino Guardas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodor Garay in the 29th minute of the match. The supporters of Minilla FC booed when Quintay AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Lasa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Alipio Azócar could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Albert Wilkenson however easily saved by the left post. Remi Oyarzabal kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Américo Hoefler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Angelino Guardas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alonzo Guajardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alonzo Guajardo struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Albert Wilkenson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quintay AFC. Juan Antonio Maldini hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Filiberto Zuburu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Albert Wilkenson. Minilla FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Angelino Guardas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodor Garay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabino Patterson's late challenge caught a Minilla FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabino Patterson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Quintay AFC's Gabino Patterson got a free kick in the 66th minute. Quintay AFC's Angelino Guardas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodor Garay in the 68th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodor Garay in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelino Guardas saved Quintay AFC from getting behind. Teodor Garay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelino Guardas stood somewhat misplaced when Teodor Garay came free in front of goal and shot 0-1 to the left of him in the 82 minute. When Minilla FC's Teodor Garay in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quintay AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Gabino Patterson got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Quintay AFC's Gabino Patterson got a free kick in the 90th minute. Américo Hoefler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Angelino Guardas made a huge save. After having played for 94 minutes, Teodor Garay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minilla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodor Garay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Américo Hoefler was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 98th minute. Minilla FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The Quintay AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Minilla FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
