Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alonzo Guajardo started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Tolten FC's zone, Alipio Azócar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albino Sutil came out of the goal and Alipio Azócar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alipio Azócar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Albino Sutil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Axel Ruz hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. If Hernán Ureta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelino Guardas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernán Ureta in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alipio Azócar in the 20th minute of play forced Tolten FC's goalkeeper Albino Sutil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alipio Azócar struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Albino Sutil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quintay AFC. After a defensive mix-up in Quintay AFC's zone, Hernán Ureta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelino Guardas came out of the goal and Hernán Ureta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alonzo Guajardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Josías Maier was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 34 minutes into the match. The referee gave Quintay AFC a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Filiberto Zuburu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tolten FC's Albino Sutil. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Quintay AFC's Jerardo Mamani got a free kick in the 38th minute. If Pablo Bettini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pablo Bettini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute Alipio Azócar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Sutil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Quintay AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Alonzo Guajardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Sutil having to interfere. Axel Ruz kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Alipio Azócar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quintay AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alipio Azócar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albino Sutil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 61 minutes into the match, Alonzo Guajardo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Tolten FC's Albino Sutil. Albino Sutil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Pablo Bettini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tolten FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pablo Bettini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calvino Salgado's late challenge caught a Quintay AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Bettini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Angelino Guardas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Quintay AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Quintay AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
