Xavier Maffet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xacobo Elgueta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After some careless play in the Cardamo AFC defense, Xavier Maffet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xacobo Elgueta. The Cardamo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xacobo Elgueta should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Sifuman Boys FC's zone, Victor Dudagoitia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nastasio Domimisse came out of the goal and Victor Dudagoitia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the game, Milián Maristany lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated Nastasio Domimisse. 26 minutes into the game, Raúl Grille was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sifuman Boys FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cardamo AFC the free kick. The supporters of Cardamo AFC booed when Sifuman Boys FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raúl Grille didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mannuel Raheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nastasio Domimisse having to interfere. Xavier Maffet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Xacobo Elgueta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xavier Maffet's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Xacobo Elgueta skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 69th match minute, Cardamo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domenico Pastene to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Sifuman Boys FC booed when Cardamo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domenico Pastene didn't get a good kick on the ball. Milián Maristany hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Xavier Maffet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Xacobo Elgueta made a huge save. If Xavier Maffet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sifuman Boys FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
